Adept Telco offers BT lines, routed through BT, maintained by BT, supported by BT... only our rates are cheaper than what BT will directly offer!
Many customers prefer to stay with BT, since it's a trusted and well known brand. BT's lead in the marketplace has been reduced by the introduction of competition form other providers. They use what's known as CPS to route calls via a different network that bypasses BT, resulting in major call savings. BT are trying to combat this with preferential rates offered through selected dealers such as Adept Telco. These rates are not available direct through BT.
