Our Telephone Answering Service answers calls in your chosen business name or style, your caller's will assume they are talking to a member of your staff.

Whilst dealing with calls your Telephone Answering Service team will be presented with the information necessary to allow them to answer caller's basic questions, as a well-prepared receptionist would be able to.

Callers will either ask for "somebody" or "something". We ask you to provide us with a list of your staff with their job titles and each person can have personalised instructions for us to follow.

How do I get my messages?

Email
We can deliver different types of messages to different email addresses e.g. new business enquiries can be sent to sales@…… or individual staff member's messages can be sent to their own personal e mail addresses.

Fax
Messages can be sent by fax at the end of each call. The highly visible nature of a received fax makes this a sensible option in an office environment where messages need to be swiftly dealt with. Please note that if you are a smaller business and use the same telephone line to receive your telephone calls and fax calls you will not be able to use this method as the fax we send to you will be diverted back to us!

SMS - Text Message
A message can be sent as a Text message directly to a mobile phone. This is the ideal option for message delivery when a message needs to be relayed quickly to somebody working away from the office. Many clients also have SMS messages copied to e-mail or fax so that they can be reminded of their messages when they return to base or perhaps a copy for a central office.

Database
Larger Campaigns: Data and Messages can be relayed to you using most popular database and spreadsheet formats. This is ideal for campaigns where you require caller's information in a format that can be loaded directly into your own IT systems.

Transferred Call
For situations where we are acting as your “Virtual Reception” we can forward calls to “direct dial numbers” or “mobile phones” giving the impression that you are working in “the office next door”. For example if your caller asks to speak to an individual within your organisation we can put the caller on hold and ring you to announce the caller. If you want to take the call we connect the caller to your number, or if you don’t want to speak to the caller, we can take a message.
